Pacio for active communities

A simpler home for your active community.

One place for runs + more: events, signups, activity details, leaders, and community updates. Built for the people organising and the people turning up.

We are inviting a small number of communities while we learn. Already part of one on Pacio? Find your club or sign in.

A calmer club week

Less chasing. More clarity before the event.

Publish the week

Set the time, meeting point, activity details, event leader, and capacity once. Recurring schedules help with regular sessions.

Let members act

One event page shows what matters. Members can join, leave, waitlist, share, and see who else is coming.

Keep it current

Registration updates, announcements, and reminders keep the practical details out of scattered chat threads.

One club calendar

The next event should be easy to find.

Official community events and approved member-hosted events sit in the same chronological view. Dates, relevant activity details, availability, and signup state stay visible without opening every event.

  • Filter club and community events without losing the timeline.
  • See registration status and who is going at a glance.
  • Give organisers and members the same source of truth.

When an event fills up

Waitlists stay clear and actionable.

In this running example, the mobile event page keeps the GPX route, time, pace, event leader, and attendee heads close at hand. When capacity is reached, a member can see their waitlist position and leave without asking an organiser to check a spreadsheet.

One place for the current state

Capacity, attendee count, waitlist position, route, and the main action all update on the event itself.

Before and after the event

Updates lead back to what changed.

Reminders, waitlist updates, location changes, and new recaps have a quiet home outside the group chat. Each notification links straight back to the relevant event.

  • Members can see unread club and event updates together.
  • Completed events can hold photos, recaps, and activity-specific results where they apply.

Live in the beta

A focused toolkit, not a giant platform.

Pacio concentrates on the weekly work around active-community events, starting with runs + more for cycling, walking, hiking, yoga, and Pilates groups. We are testing it with a small group before widening access.

For organisers

  • Recurring events and registration windows
  • Activity details, event leaders, capacity, and waitlists
  • Community event review and moderation
  • Announcements, updates, and reminders

For members

  • Passwordless access and public club discovery
  • Join, leave, and waitlist from the event
  • Member-hosted community events
  • Comments, photos, and post-event recaps

Pacio beta

Bring a little more calm to community events.

Tell us where to reach you. We will send an invite when there is room for another club in the beta.
